Our body needs energy to sustain. This energy, also known as Prana, comes from three major sources: The Air / The Sun / The Earth The food we eat, supplies most of this energy to our body. It basically acts as a transformer which makes it easy for us to access the Prana provided by the three sources.
Different food has different amounts and qualities of Prana which is because of the color they provide. The lighter the color of the Prana, the healthier the food; and the darker and more greyish, the more harmful to health. Vegetables and fruits produce lighter and much cleaner Prana; while on the other hand meat, and especially pork, produces a great amount of dark greyish-red energy. This type of dirty energy further worsens diseases such as cancer.
Another reason to go Vegetarian is to practice loving-kindness and non-violence. We human beings and animals share the planet earth as our playing ground to evolve. We all have the same rights to the home we live and share and it is extremely selfish to think one is made to serve the other.
Thinking for the sake of the whole human population, becoming a vegetarian will feed the entire planet. Today farmed animals consume one third of the world’s grain production. It takes about 10kg of good quality plant protein, such as wheat and soya, to produce 1kg of meat protein. Becoming a vegetarian, will help to preserve our home!
