Thought Power refers to the idea that our thoughts have the ability to influence our emotions, behaviors, and ultimately shape our character and reality. The concept is based on the idea that our thoughts act as a kind of self-fulfilling prophecy, where what we think and believe can manifest physically and come to pass in our lives.
Research has shown that our thoughts and beliefs can affect our physical and mental well-being. For example, positive thoughts can lead to increased feelings of happiness and well-being, while negative beliefs can lead to increased stress, anxiety and depression.

This specifically occurs when our mind stays briefly unoccupied and isn’t working on any particular mental process.

In fact, many spiritual traditions emphasize the value of developing the habit of thinking only good and uplifting thoughts throughout the day in order to protect our mind of negative and harmful thoughts.
