You’ve done Meditation. You’ve done breathing. You’ve helped others heal.
But what about the emotional patterns you still carry?

Until you bring deep awareness to your own wounds, they will continue to shape your life quietly, invisibly, and persistently.

Most emotional pain doesn’t originate from the present. It’s carried forward through memory, conditioning, and energetic residues stored in the chakras. Unprocessed trauma manifests as energetic thought-forms lodged in the solar plexus, throat, and ajna. These patterns often reinforce themselves subconsciously, influencing our emotional responses without our awareness. From a psychological lens, this aligns with the concept of schemas — mental frameworks formed through repeated experiences, especially in childhood, that colour how we interpret relationships, conflict, and self-worth.

Spiritual awareness becomes a healing force when it’s combined with clear energetic intention. By understanding the inner workings of the emotional body, we can learn to disidentify from the pain, apply targeted energetic techniques like cord-cutting and cleansing, and then replace those patterns with soul-anchored affirmations.

In this session, we’ll break this down into actionable insights and give you tools you can start applying immediately to fix old wounds caused either by your parents, partner, siblings and friends, and others.
