Most people think meditation is only for those on the spiritual path and it is not compatible with a modern lifestyle. They think meditating, having an inner reflection and spending some time traveling to the inner world, is for the ones with lots of time and no real work! In their case, long hours of work and family commitments seem not to leave any time for meditation!

    It is indeed true that Meditation on Twin Hearts aka MTH is for the modern age where by just spending or rather investing 20 mins we can achieve far more than the mind can comprehend.
    As it is said the sweetness of the fruit is in its tasting – experiencing MTH is the only way to find its benefits.
